A decade of sourcing deals other people miss.

My focus is the acquisition itself: where the value is, who is selling, and what a property is genuinely worth before anyone else has run the numbers. I built my career on multi-family deal sourcing - tracking owners, watching submarkets, and being the first call when something is about to trade.

At Fernwood Realty Group I lead acquisitions across multi-family and commercial assets, from off-market garden-apartment communities to stabilized commercial holdings. That means underwriting with discipline, structuring offers that close, and then managing the portfolio so each asset keeps earning long after the deal is signed.

I work best in the parts of the market that reward patience and relationships: repeat sellers, broker networks built over years, and the unglamorous diligence that separates a good buy from a bad one.
